For over a decade, our vision has been to share our small piece of the world as the backdrop for our community’s special occasions. Soon, Timothy May Estate will bring that vision to life. Nestled in the heart of Northeast Indiana, our estate is known for stunning sunsets, gentle breezes and wide-open skies. We’ve poured our hearts into building a nearly 12,000-square-foot venue, where natural beauty meets timeless, thoughtful design. We can’t wait to welcome you and help bring your dream event to life!

Weddings & Receptions
Our venue is specifically designed to accommodate all of your wedding event needs. From ceremonies and receptions to rehearsal dinners, we've got the space for you!
Corporate Events
With versatility in mind, we've designed our space to quickly transform into a corporate offsite destination, featuring available presentation equipment, auditorium seating, conferencing & team building.
Private Parties
Hosting a graduation, birthday or retirement party? with over 8,000 sq. ft. of banquet hall area alone, we can customize our space to meet the needs of any event.

Full-service bar with available beer, liquor & wine packages, as well as a cash-bar option (non-alcoholic beverage package option also available)

Full commercial kitchen for vendor catering of your choosing (no vendor fees as long as they are insured!)

Dedicated vendor drive & entrance to facility

Secluded & private bridal party suites with private restrooms & changing/vanity areas

Nearly 12,000 square-foot venue, comfortably accommodating seated parties of up to 300 guests

Indoor or outdoor entertaining areas & ceremony sites

10-acre countryside property overlooking a 2-acre pond, creating endless photo opportunities

Tables / chairs / linens (black or white)  included with venue rental
